The CPC D1 Minibus training package is a professional driver course  and can take between 9-12 months to complete.

This intensive training program takes a modular format which is outlined in the infographic. Our training approach provides the following support at every stage including:

Pre-Requisite Stage: - Administrative assistance through what can be a complicated bureaucratic process and Access NI guidance, if required.

(Module 01) Theory Test: - You are supplied with relevant learning resources, including official DVSA books and test preparation DVDs.

(Module 02) Case Study (CPC) Theory: - You are supplied with relevant learning resources, including official DVSA books and test preparation DVDs. 

(Module 03) Practical Driving Test: - Two days of full on the road driving focusing on the DVA test with a fully qualified and experienced Advanced Driving Instructor (ADI)

(Module 04) Practical ‘Show Me Tell Me’ Test: - We provide a half day training session (classroom & practical) to prepare you for this test.

You will need to contact your GP to arrange for a medical to be carried out as part of your application. There is usually a fee for this charged by your GP (this cost is not covered by this course).

Course fees cover one attempt at each module; please note

re-sit fees are the responsibility of the trainee.
